Open to All Adoptive Parents & Relative Caregivers

A Group focusing on your needs and perspectives. A place to share, to be heard, to get new ideas, to be valued and understood for what you do.

Held at the MSCRC on the third Thursday of the Month from 9:30-11:30.

This is a professionally led adoptive parent support group facilitated by Leslie Damschroder MSW, Post Adoption social worker for Sierra Forever Families. Leslie has extensive experience in the field of adoption including adoptive parent and social work training. She has facilitated supportive pre and post adoption support groups throughout Northern California. She is also an adoptive parent experienced with older child, trans-racial, psychological and behavioral challenges and a variety of special needs.
